I was very excited at first to find out that GTI had help me to find a suite with a kitchen in a resort in Hawaii on February 25, 2016 which was advertise in VRBO and Homeaway as available.  I asked the representative several times to make sure that this was not a mistake and she assured me that we were booked so I went ahead with the payment to GTI.  A week prior to my trip (March 10), I decided to phone with the resort to make sure we were in fact booked for a full kitchen suite in that resort and to my surprise, we only had a two double beds in the hotel area with no suite, no kitchen or refrigerator.  This was very stressful  because it meant we had to eat out everyday and 3 meals per day! needles is to say I had to call GTI back to clarify the situation and they just blamed each other, no solution and they told me my refund was coming in about 3 months.  Today is July 28th and guess what! no refund made yet.  Please think about it really well before you book but most important, get it in writing and call the place you booked before you hand in your CC
