GTR is an incredible company! I would highly recommend them to anyone who has damage to their home or is looking to remodel. I've worked closely with them many times on various projects. The owner, Steve Graham, is a pleasure to work with. They always go "above and beyond" to make their customer's happy. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had some termite damage that needed repairing. After removing about 12 square feet of drywall it was determined that no stud replacement was necessary. After I had it sprayed they closed it up, using new drywall. The total bill came to $697.62, or about $58/sf. Although they did a very good job, I think $58/sf is high. My suggestion is if you use these guys and you can do your own finish carpentry (i.e. reinstalling window and floor molding) and painting, you can save yourself a LOT of money. They came recommended by Cook's Pest Control. First uncover all areas affected by termites, THEN get them to come over for an estimate. DON'T let them start work until you get a complete estimate breakdown - drywall repair, finish carpentry, and painting.
