Story

The Guadalupe Regional Wellness Center is designed to promote health and wellness in our community, is open to the public and provides many services for its members from the age of 18 to 90 plus.

Guadalupe Regional Wellness Center is the realization of GRMC’s commitment to overall community health and is also home to certain physician-prescribed therapy and medical programs. The Wellness Center also offers massage therapy to help with a member’s overall wellbeing.

GRMC hospital has a great gym, with pool, racquet ball etc.  The only thing that limits the Wellness Center are it's hours/days of operation.  If they were open later everyday of the week, including weekends, would be more beneficial for other people having different schedules.

Love this place! All the cardiovascular and strength training equipment you will ever want, plus a pool and group exercise classes, included in the membership fee. The Zuma classes are awesome!

If you're looking for Zumba classes, this is the place you want to be!!  Great workout, fantastic stuff, fun group, I give them 5 stars.
