Tracy, Clint, and the team at Guaranteed Auto were wonderful to work with. The arranged a tow truck to pick up my vehicle and have a shuttle service to make dropping off and picking up my vehicle easier. They are affordable and complete the repairs in a timely manner. Tracy does a great job at communicating and is willing to help you in whatever way needed. When I went to pick up my vehicle, it was discovered that the tow truck company had damaged part of my breaking system. The team at Guaranteed Auto listened to my concerns and resolved the issue and had my vehicle back to me the next day. I would recommend them to anyone, especially busy college students! Thanks Guaranteed Auto!!

I am so grateful to these guys for helping me with an automotive emergency. I was on my way to the airport when my driver's side window got jammed halfway open. I had called a few other businesses in the nearby area first, all of which were not able to help. Finally, Guaranteed Automative & Transmission swooped in and saved the day. The owner helped me with my car (used his lunch break, no less, so kind and skilled.) It took less than 10 minutes, and they saved me from missing my flight. Thank you so much!! I wish I could do more than write this review!

I am glad to have a shop like this to go to when one of my trucks needs transmission work. I had not to long ago had my transmission rebuilt by another shop. After only 20,000 miles, I lost 4th gear and overdrive. After all the troubles I had with the previous shop not standing by their work, I was hesitant when I came into to Guaranteed transmission. All i can say is, what a great experience. It's nice to see customer service in this day and age. It's a rare thing anymore. They went through my transmission and transfer case and found the valve body clogged up with a glue that is used to attach a part to the valve body. They could have easily told me the transmission was toast. But, they didn't. They cleaned the valve body, put it back together, and had me on my way. It eases my mind to know there's a shop close to home you can count on! Dan

Honest, fast and amazing customer service. My transmission went out on the interstate on a Thursday; the helpful folks at Guaranteed Automotive & Transmission got my car in the shop, didn't give me any run-around, and got me back up-and-running in record time. Dan and Nick were helpful on the phone, explained everything to me, and got me the answers I needed. I don't live in Lafayette and I don't plan on breaking down there again, but if I did I would take my car to Guaranteed Automotive and Transmission!

I've had my car serviced twice at GAT, and I've been EXTREMELY satisfied both times. I have an older Mercedes SL , and had a new transmission put in, and some serious work done to the rear axles. Nick kept me well informed of the progress on both projects, and Alex went above and beyond to secure hard to find parts. Cost was very reasonable. Their service technicians are extremely knowledgeable and take the time to fix things right vs just getting the job done. They even checked my new transmission 30 days after installation (no charge), to make sure it was properly adjusted. I would highly recommend GAT for not only transmission work, but for all of your vehicle's service needs. They are very professional, focus on customer service, and care about their reputation and quality of their work. If you want the job done right, for a fair price, GAT is the place to go.
