Wish I could leave a 0 rating for these crooks. They are refusing to refund erroneous fees they have been charging me since Sept of 2016. They labeled the $10/mo fee, which was being deducted from my savings account, "Service Charge Returned Mail". They claim at some point the post office returned a piece of mail to them that was addressed from me, even though I received multiple statements from them every month and they confirmed that the correct address is in their system. They told me they could only reverse the last 3 charges and could not help me with the other 3 because their "system" only allows them to go back 90 days whether the charge is correct or not. This, in my eyes, is stealing and completely unacceptable to me. I'm sure that I am not the only customer they have done this to. The supervisor, Andy, that I spoke with in their call center refused to give me his last name or the name and phone number of any manager above him. All I am asking for is the money returned in full that they erroneously took from me.

Disappointed due to a policy change that I missed the letter stating that a service fee of $2.00 to mail out bank statements.   No activity for 2 months with a balance of less than $2.00 Gauranty bank charges me $36  and refuses to refund the charge for a 50 cent stamp.   District manager told the bank managers no refunds at all for this policy change.  This will be the second time I have been cheated out of my money.   Account closed and will give poor reviews eatery chance I get.
