I’ve enjoyed some savory dishes at this restaurant a few times. Customer service could be a little more enthusiastic in my experience but they are overall decent. The white rice and black beans are always cooked perfectly.

Service was terrible. Long wait, food was cold and when I pointed out that I was over charged for my dinner the manager/ owner would not come to discuss the issue with me. I was told by the hostess that he was eating his dinner at the back table and that he could not be disturbed. I would not recommend this restaurant but I would recommend that it close and that the store front be converted to an authentic Cuban cuisine with an owner who will take the time to engage his customers like they are family. 
An owner that will recognize that Without your customer, you have an empty store front. If this is how you treat your customers, I can imagine how you treat the employees.
