I've used guardian pharmacy for many years and had no issues.  Now suddenly they changed their policy to require this new fly by night delivery company to take a picture of your identification.  Previously they used GSO, and this was never a requirement.  I asked the pharmacy if I can upload a picture to the pharmacy directly and they said no that the delivery company MUST have a picture of it.  Due to fraud reasons emphasized that I am not giving some delivery guy I don't know a copy of my identification.  The pharmacy claims they have never had an issue, but in this day and age you never know.  Do not use this pharmacy under any circumstances.  They have gone down hill over the past year, and will not get you your medication.  Use a local pharmacy!

I've been waiting since Friday for them to deliver my medication. Never showed up, Saturday ne very showedup,nor answered phone. I'm without pain medication. I've left messages. Still no response. MONDAY  I HAD IT...FINALLY A RESPONSE. .NO ONE APOLOGIZE 4 THEIR LACK OF...HATED IT  answered phone

i ave been a customer for almost 5 years(formerly Yucaipa rx) they offer free delivery,and specialize in home care,and services for the elderly.i have little to complain about,as their pluses outweigh their minuses.

They are difficult to reach by phone, do not return calls, and promised a delivery day/time and were a no-show!
