I have been waiting for the delivery of a loveseat I ordered from JCPenney since late May (it is now later July). I have been scheduled no less than 6 times and the delivery has not been made. Every time I call, your representative in scheduling in Indianapolis makes excuses about why the furniture is not delivered and tries to reschedule a new date. They have lied to me multiple times about delivery and no progress has been made. I have gotten a bill from Penneys and still no furniture. Your staff in Indianapolis is unprofessional and incompetent. Why will you not deliver my furniture? I have agreed to every suggested date and I have made arrangements to be home every time. Yet no delivery has been made. I am very frustrated with the entire experience.

I had the greatest moving experience with Guardian Relocation Atlas Van Lines! At first I thought that It would be a difficult and tough shipping because I had many big and heavy stuff. But not even close. Those guys were very experienced and hard working that the whole process went very fast. From point A to point B very quick with no waste of time. Awesome local mover, I recommend it to all people living in Fort Wayne, IN.

My father recommended Guardian Relocation Atlas Van Lines to me because I wanted to move out to a bigger house in Fort Wayne, IN. So I would like to thank this mover and my father as well. I really liked this moving company because of their style of work. The moving service was quick and smooth. Very well organized and very good comunication between the movers. Thank you so much!

Working with this moving company was the end of my search for a local mover because I have found the right company for me. Guardian Relocation Atlas Van Lines did some quick and very reliable moving last week here in Fort Wayne, IN and they have earned my respect about their company and moving service they provide.
