First of all, the two property managers, Kristin and Shaun, are friendly, very welcoming, and easy to talk to.  The office space is very clean and organized.  The storage facility is very well maintained, well lit, and very secure.  I would recommend this place to anyone considering storage.  Not one negative comment enters my mind!

This was the first time that I have ever used a storage facility.  I did a lot of research before I decided to go with Guardian on RT. 30.  The place is priced great, very clean, very secure and the staff is very friendly.  I couldn't have had a better experience.

It was a very pleasant experience.  I had a larger indoor non-climate controlled unit. It was more expensive than other facilities in the area. But, the security is regularly monitored and includes well maintained entry and exit gates that can only be opened with a PIN. All outdoor units appeared clean and the indoor units were spotless. My belongings were untouched there for a year and not a speck of dust was on them. Finally their staff is very easy to work with. I had actually moved out on short notice and forgot to inform them for a few days. After calling them, they said that they listed the unit as moved out but kept the account open just in case. After explaining that I was moved out, they credited my account and removed the last bill for me. I would go out of my way to use them again. Great experience.

I have been storing items here for many years now and have found the units to be clean and the facility well maintained. The units cost more than other storage facilities in the area but I am pleased with the condition of all my belongings and would recommend them to anyone looking for climate-controlled indoor storage.
