Lisa and Krissy are amazing at the credit union branch in ft pierce. They are always here for me when I need them. I recommend all my friends and family to join. Building a strong relationship with a local credit union is extremely imortant to me.

The ladies in the fort pierce  branch are  awesome. Lisa Kristin and Leeann are always going out of there way to help me whenever I need something. I'm not just s number, I'm a proud member...i am so happy to be a part of guardians.

Didn't like that you had to leave a minimum in the account and they will only give you a savings account if another bank has reported an issue with you. Plus, they have inconvenient hours and you can't change your pin unless you go inside. Also, ATM deposits are a pain with the envelopes and deposit slips being required. You get your money earlier than a regular bank if you have direct deposit, though, and they seem to be easier with helping with financing.

I went here with the intention of moving all my accounts here. I usually bank at smaller banks because of the personal service you normally receive. I walked in, sat down and NO one acknowledged my presence for about 45 minutes even though a woman who appeared to be the manager walked by me several times. She came from the only private office in the building which is why I assume she was the manager. Finally, one of the tellers asked if I was there to open an account. When I said yes, she gave me the papers to fill out. The"manager walked by again and she did finally look but never acknowledged me. By this time it I had sat there for close to an hour with only the teller speaking to me. When the hour was up, I took the papers, (which contained my personal information), off of the clip board, laid the board on a chair and walked out the door. Even though I bank at a much larger and much busier bank right now, at least when I walk in the door, within one to two minutes, someone acknowledges my presence and says that they will be right with me.  People, AVOID this place at all costs!!! Service is the worst I have ever seen at any bank I have ever been in in my over fifty years of dealing with banks.
