Doug henderson, indeed, should step down along with caroline pemberton, assistant DA. Those leaders do not care about citizen who were violated. They enable rape and assault predators, while scaring and blaming victim and cast them out of court before they can take a stand against their abuser. Those predator need to be tried in court since statue of limitation is current. Stop the lame blame games. Mr. Henderson. Shame on you. Even your own assistant DA believed the victim to be telling the truth. Assault and rape enabled by doug henderson and caroline pemberton. The shame is on you and the rapist who is free unrightfully today.

Douglas Henderson should step down from the DA office for not fulfilling his duties he was elected to do.  According to his job discriotion "The primary duty of the district attorney is to prosecute all criminal cases filed in the district."  He has turned a blind eye for letting ex officer Cole off the hook for blatantly violating Mr. Yourse 4th amendment rights.  Mr Cole should go to trial like any other citizen.  Mr Henderson appears to be a man of very low character and holds the citizens who elected him in very low regard.  Shame on him.
