Unbelievable. I tried to obtain a death certificate for my spouse that passed over a week ago. After being passed to 4 different offices, at least 2 people at each office, I was directed back to the original number I called. I am on hold now, after 45 minutes on the phone, and still have not been able to locate a death certificate. Shameful.

Everytime I've been here the receptionists have been kind and professional. Also WIC staff is kind. Nurses are professional and kind as well. The nurse practitioner that examined me was amazing! Don't remember her name but she will be teaching my Centering class. Guess what I am trying to say is that staff here is warm,professional, friendly and kind!. Thankful for this establishment and their amazing staff. For first time pregnant women be not afraid! These folks will treat you right.

Greensboro Health Department is the absolute worst ! Moses cone is better and they were built straight out of hell! Need to be closed and started over with a new staff and system! Terrible Terrible place to go for anything !

I had a 9:00 appt and got here at 8:45, but I'm still here waiting in the pharmacy at 12:10? Before coming to the pharmacy, I was in the waiting area by myself and when I was finally called to the back, there was a desk full of staff so I don't understand what the hold up was. They were nice but 3 HOURS? Really?
