I spoke to a very mean and cold hearted woman. She was not helpful at all! She was cold and did not offer me any hope at all as my family has fallen on hard times and was not able to pay my taxes last year. we were charged all of our taxes due to obamacare. We were not able to afford health insurance the prior year , and my husbands new company did not offer insurance the first year. so that made us fall behind on property taxes.she threatened to auction off our home! She was towing the gov't line and was sooo cold and no help at all!!!

I just spoke with Priscilla at the Guilford County Tax Office.  She was so helpful and even fun to talk with.  It was a pleasant change from some other government departments.
