Very clean and full of cool history. High ceilings which I found comforting after being confined in the car for a long while. Outside was well maintained and rustic.

This welcome center is so CUTE I don't even know what to do with it. Tons of Vermont resources and a really lovely staff that is willing to help you plan your stay! Enjoy!

OMS,  Well worth the stop rest and relax. Everything from a place to walk and release your dog or cat.  Maps of all kinds.  Coin machines from soup to nuts.  Many choices of H20 .  No beer or wine sold there not cigar. & cigs.   Its military supported and local nursing homes.  Craftsman(woman) and Artistsan.

As far as rest stops go, I will happily relieve myself here everytime.   Nice facility and clean.  It's a  welcoming Welcome Center.

I have traveled cross country and I will say, this is one of the best welcome centers I've been to. The entrance had vending machines, including one for coffee, and family restrooms. The main portion has more restrooms and sections with shop and activity brochures for each part of the state. Outside there's a nice pavilion and a chance to sit and have lunch. There's also a field with a mowed pathway to walk around to stretch your legs. On the other side of the parking lot is an area for leashed pets.
