I am currently a business owner and one of the first things that I did when my business was created was I hired a lawyer. Her name was Sarah Gulati and that was by far one of my wisest decisions. She has done incredible work for me and has been so accessible and helpful. She provides invaluable, honest advice and she always has the client's best interests at heart. Her knowledge of the law is extensive while also having a variety of abilities and skills which makes her rather unique as a lawyer. I strongly recommend using Sarah Gulati as your lawyer whether you're an existing business or a brand new company just starting out. I can't tell you the amount of times that I have received calls from her office simply inquiring how things are progressing with my company and is there anything she can do to help. You won't find anyone better who will sincerely care about the success of your venture. What she will do for your business is whatever it takes, to help turn it into a true success.
