This bank is horrible with customer service and the time you spend here. It ALWAYS takes at least 20 minutes when you go inside. They talk and gossip rather than do their job. Its a bank. People don't have all day. Most people are in a rush. Remember the good ole days when customers actually mattered at banks? Those days are gone.

Well I've had a great experience here! The staff was certainly nicer then expected ! seems like good ole fashion service to me! Thanks guys an a special thanks to the lady at the front desk to the right!☺ Chalmette Branch
