Very unhappy with this place.  Went in to cancel the "freeze" on my account($5 monthly charge to keep your account active when not tanning), and was told the printer was not printing but I was assured it had been done by the lady at the counter.  Fast forward 9 months and suddenly I'm charged for 3 months of tanning....when I called the manager said she only had the freeze agreement on file and no cancellation.   Lesson learned ALWAYS get your cancellation in writing, if the printer is not working make them hand write it for you.  I took her word that it was cancelled and now have to deal with turning in fraudulent charges to my bank.  NOT COOL:/

I've gone here for years, had to call it quits for a couple years when I had my son, but when I came back they still had all of my information. It was so easy to transition back in.. Thanks!
