Not like an actual campground or RV Resort, more like a gravel parking lot, there is no grass or trees to speak of. It's a convenient place to park whilst spending daylight hours enjoying the various draws of the gulf coast. There's a large casino within walking distance. Most all sites are in direct sun light except for a short row of trees in one small area. Although campfires are not permitted, there is a nice community fire pit. There are a handful of Premium sites with views of the gulf. There are no picnic tables. There is a mini in ground pool. They offer a small dog park, but not a kid friendly place. However there's a very nice large city park within walking distance. There's a nice stretch of beach, past an abandoned parking lot and across a busy four lane divided highway. The side street is used continuously by ambulance with sirens rushing to a busy nearby hospital. There's a train track very close that contributes to the noise level. Most noticeable at nighttime. The men they called "Workers" living in the older RV were sketchy. There were also sketchy people walking up and down the side streets all hours of the night, but... considering the neighborhood....

Friendly folks. Beautiful setting right across the road from beach. Pool & beach for all ages of kids. Nice parking spaces offer cable, internet, water, elec, & waste. Can fill up poor and on site.
