I echo the sentiment of the previous reviewers.  Hung up on me instead of helping me understand why he was passing on my job.  Left me disheartened.  Avoid at all costs.

WARNING!!! Gunderson plumbing is an incredibly rude and dishonest company. We called with an emergency plumbing issue and were told the plumber would arrive in about an hour. The plumber never called or showed up. The receptionist was argumentative and blatantly lied about the plumber contacting us. It turned out that the plumber had no interest in fixing the leaking dishwasher, as we never did hear from him. The receptionist was only interested in shaming and blaming us for the plumber's absence. The receptionist wanted to argue about the outcome but not help solve the problem. When I informed the receptionist that I was interested in filing complaints about the company she became verbally abusive so I hung up on her. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY if you want any customer service or repair!!!!

Awful service. Unprofessional. Customer beware. Picks and chooses favorable jobs and leaves the rest with no call or explanation
