OMG! If you're in the area don't miss out on that chicken. The wait staff is so friendly and welcoming. Fab food, great people...can't beat it. We "escaped" FL and came here to stay at nephew's house and he told us to eat here. When they found out we were evacuees, someone paid for our meal!! So generous and we are so grateful. Thanks to whoever did that.

I love the chicken here!!! Gus's one of my best places to eat fried chicken, but for this location nah nah nah. Dont waste your time and money on this location. I went to this location 2 times in 1 week for pick up. The first time, they made me wait for about an hour, and every 15 min they will said to me that one of the sides are SOLD OUT. After that, i went home, they forget to add the coleslaw and two pieces of chicken. The second time, i went there they give me a coleslaw with the order ( an extra one ) but they forget 2 pieces of the chicken AGAIN! If you decide to order for pick up. Make sureee to check your order before you leave the restaurant!!!

Prompt service was lacking from our server. She took her time getting to our table to take our order. We had to ask another server to get what we needed, while she leaned on the counter socializing. I ordered the three wing meal w/ mac & cheese( that's was yucky) the worst mac & cheese ever. My second side was fried okra ( it taste okay) . My chicken was cooked way too hard. It was dried out and had no flavor. My hubbie ordered a breast and a wing . His wing was dried out as well, but his chicken breast was flavorful, moist and seasoned. We both ate that. If I ever go back, I would only order the chicken breast. I wasn't really pleased with the rest of the food. Hattie B's in Nashville always have a line but their spicy chicken is always Amazing.

The manager is a joke , I've never seen someone as stupid as this man "Mark" seriously either needs to watch his mouth or his back . I've never seen someone talk to their own employees like that, you would think that he doesn't want then to return. And he shouts at them over the entire restaurant.. I will never waste my time at this Gus's again They will loose this building if they keep him .

The chicken is the best around...Wait staff are courteous and on point...I recommend Gus's to everyone that I do business with, friends and family too...Love the new place...It's close to home and keeps me from driving out to Mason, TN...Keep up the great work Gus's...
