I love this place! Go there daily for a smoothie. The owner is friendly and the smoothies are healthy and delicious!

We met worst rude lady called Kim today 4/25/2022at this icecream shop at westfarm mall Farmington CT she told us she doesn't care what we want she was very rude and impolite will never go back again, we were shocked by this experience at all. Stay way from this extremely rude place with crapy ice cream!

First off, the smoothie I ordered for myself tastes awful. I wish I hadn’t wasted the $5.00. What’s worse is that I ordered a small smoothie for my 3 very young children to share. When I ordered I asked the woman if I could get two extra cups to split the smoothie up amongst the kids. She said absolutely. However, the Asian woman who rung me out REFUSED to give me extra cups. She said “you ordered one smoothie, I cannot give you two extra cups. Those are $0.50 cents each!” I do not believe that she pays $0.50 per plastic cup, but whatever. I ordered two smoothies, not one. She didn’t care. She was extremely rude. I wish I hadn’t wasted a cent at this place and I certainly will NEVER go back. The smoothies aren’t even worth the money. Disgusted with the product and the awful customer service.

The lady working doesn’t give recipts. My item price was 3.99$ and i gave a 5 but got one penny back. I got a whole dollar stolen! Don’t go there they be stealling your money!!
