They have taken great care of two of my vehicles.  My service manage Jose has gone to great lengths to insure that I understand just what works needs to be done and what can wait.  I felt the prices were a little high so I checked the save service with Lexus and they were cheaper.  Quality service on time.

I really like this place. they do excellent body work, match the paint perfectly, and have very good customer service. Rae has assisted me both times I've been here and is always very nice, courteous, & professional.  The waiting room has a nice seating area, a TV, and mags to read.

I have no rating so far. My Volvo was towed in yesterday for an electrical short. This was an Auto Cub recommendation. I'm guessing Auto Club along with Enterprize get kick backs. I was somewhat overwhelmed and disappointed when I realized how huge they are. I fear I will not get the attention that I should be getting. Therefore, this review is pending. But I'm hoping for a different outcome.

My wife and I have had our cars serviced at GB for many years and are very satisfied with the service.  We were always treated in a friendly and efficient manner.  The main reason we keep returning to GB is the honesty of the people we deal with.  They tell the truth and follow through with what they tell us.  We firmly believe that they are truly interested in giving us the best service possible.

My husband and I have been very happy with the quality of service we have received over the years on his Toyota Tacoma and my Toyota Prius V.  We would highly recommend Gustafson Brothers Automotive for any type of repair and/or service.
