Worst Roofing Company!! I am a Manager of several communities and they do not get back to you until they feel like it. I have work orders called in after hurricane Irma and no one has came by yet to address. I call the office and they always say someone is coming to the property but no one comes. I had the same issue with them at Lancaster. Thankfully I found a more responsive more experienced roofing company who have exceptional customer Service skills. DONT HIRE THEM, YOU WILL REGRET IT! I was told multiple times that Mike the supervisor would call and he did not until he found out we got a different roofer.

The worst...NO INTEGRITY, but lots and lots of lies. No BBB rating, run the other way, do not be duped.

Our roof developed a leak one month before hurricane Matthew hit.  The guys at Gustafson came out, properly diagnosed the problem with one of the "valleys" and promptly patched the leak.  It survived Matthew with no problems and is tight as a drum.  I'm pleased to have found a roofer who can fix the problem right the first time.  I highly recommend this firm.

I contracted Gustafson Industries to reroof a rental property. The owner Mike Gustafson told me that the tile was on back order from the factory, and it would be 3 weeks before they would deliver it. About 3 weeks went by, I called to find out when they would finish the job? My call went to voice mail and was not returned. I was sent an email saying that they need me to select the color of tile. I called Mike to find out what was going on. Since Mike had signed the form from the association identifying the tile manufacturer and style and color, I had to assume the email was a mistake. No, that's when they started to give me the run around. Every time I called I got a different person, making promises and failing to deliver. The bottom line, Mike lied about the tile, it was in stock, it took 9 weeks for the job to be completed, It should have been done in 30 days according to Mike when they started. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to Mike he responded "that he didn't understand why it was such a big deal?" I think that says it all. Find another roofer, this one is no good!

These guys just did the neighbor's roof. I was gone for the day. They entered my fenced yard, and threw shingles into my garden from the neighbor's garage roof (it borders my property). Then they walked through my garden to clean up, destroying plants and leaving shingles in the garden. When I talked to them about it, the crew chief said: I knocked on your door yesterday and you weren't home. I called Gustafson, left a message, and they haven't bothered to call back. You will note they are not a Better Business Bureau Company!
