I was told that Sheryl was really nice and helpful. A lawyer spoke really highly of her. She work in the Clerk Office of Logan County Court. I’m not sure if Sheryl  is underpaid and overworked but her attitude is horrible, the worst. I have not had a good experience with her. She has complained on numerous calls about having stuff do like worrying about processing over 300 jurors. Unfortunately mistakes happen and I made a few filling a motion. I didn’t mail the notice of hearing with the motion. So I faxed the notice of hearing on Wednesday December 1, 2021. I called to confirm they received the fax. Sheryl went off saying why didn’t you mail in the notice of hearing with the motion and then she went off saying I don’t have time to deal with you every 5 minutes while raising her voice I told Sheryl thank you and hung up the phone.  I did call frequently to check on the process of the documents being added to ocsn.net. I faxed the Notice of Hearing on Wednesday December 1st and I faxed a second copy on today December 3 because Sheryl couldn’t confirm if they received the one from Wednesday December 1. My husband and I have spent over $20, 000 taking someone back and forth to court because they refuse to follow a court order. If the person was doing what they were supposed to do we would not have to deal with the courts. Empathy goes a long way.  Sheryl actually hung up the phone today before I got a chance to say anything. So sad I had to call back and when she answered, I had to give a disclaimer that I didn’t want to go back and forth. If we lived in Guthrie of course it would have been easier to file the motions and not call at all. Unfortunately we live 8 hours away so things are more difficult. I’m going to suggest a revamp plan for people who don’t live in the same state. People have the option to represent themselves and the process needs to be revamped. Take Sheryl off phone duty because her attitude is horrible. I’m assuming she allowed to talk to people any way she want. Learn some customer service and Empathy.
