Story

Dr. Anna was born and raised in Guthrie, Oklahoma. As a teenager, Dr. Anna found her beloved pet dead on the side of the road left to die without any help. That was the moment she decided to become a vet and vowed to help other people and their pets. After a few years of practicing in New Hampshire, Dr. Anna became homesick and decided to return to Guthrie to be with her parents and five other siblings. Family and friends are a major part of our lives which is why we treat our clients as family. Dr. Anna and her husband do not have children but our very proud pet parents and therefore, treat every four legged friend as part of the family.

First time there and I was extremely pleased with everything, the staff, facility, the cat that runs the place lol, the awesome treatment of my elderly dog and even the parrot 😁. I would highly recommend them.

We have taken our 5 cats and 4 dogs to Anna and her staff.  Their love and care for all of our pets shines threw every day.   Recently we lost our beloved Cassie to cancer, having Doc Anna there to ease the loss was what we needed.  The ladies of Guthrie PH are a blessing and God's angels on earth.

Great experience here. The receptionist is awesome and very personable. The staff is very honest and upfront about costs. Not pushy at all. The doctor was amazing and caused as little discomfort as possible to Teddy while she cut his nails. Definitely recommend Guthrie Pet Hospital.

My parents, and my childhood dogs go to Anna, as well my girlfriend now takes her dog to Anna. 3 dogs across 2 separate families have needed special care beyond normal check up and vet attention. Anna and the staff at the Guthrie Pet Hospital have taken absolutely perfect care. Anna helped solve a multiple year battle with my childhood dog's illness. Where other vets were prescribing generic medications and steroids that would slow or delay the affects of the illness, Anna looked deeper and tried some more specific medications that literally added years to our dogs life. Endlessly grateful!!!!
