Initial contacts were great until money was issued from our insurance company.  At this point we had to argue over price with Larry, whose numbers just didn't add up. We finally agreed on a price and signed a contract.  We had to ask him to detail in the contract the scope of work. A week and a half later they showed up unannounced, leaving me with two young children and a car full of groceries unable to park. I called to complain but they didn't care nor apologize. Three days later they called to collect final payment, and we had to explain that gutter and siding work had not yet been completed. They finished work and collected check with additional funds for plywood and added downspout. We thought we were done until a week later we received a call stating that our insurance company was issuing an additional check and that they would be by to collect.  We explained we were paid in full and that insurance check was a refund to us for money already paid. From then we have been harassed with calls, texts and invoices. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

If you need a roof, my experience was great.  If you need some ceiling repair as I did, my experience was great.  If you need siding and gutters look elsewhere!! They may do a good job, I wouldn't know yet because my house has been setting for over a week with no siding on it.  They are supposed to redo my driveway.  I may just ask for my deposit back. It has been scheduled in line for over a month???

They were oh so nice until the contract was signed then they took over a month to start the work. The workmanship was poor. They didn't used the materials agreed upon in the contact. When I spoke with the owner Gary, he was rude and demanded that I accept the materials they selected for my property; although, he freely admitted that the materials were not as specified by the contract. Then he ran my credit card without my authorization. I was the same credit card I used to pay the initial 1/2 before the work started. Bad bad bad.

I absolutely agree with the review from above.  They are quickly to friend you but as soon as you question any "shady material changes that they were trying to do they would be very rude.  They are quick to want to $$$ but then do not start on the work for over a month!!   They are the worst vendor I have EVER dealt with!!!!   I will NEVER recommend them to anyone....

Took 6 weeks to get them out to repair their own work.  Pretty disappointed.    I thought the work was OK.  Nothing great, nothing bad, average I guess.
