The is the best practice I been to. You walk in and it feels like a big family. They make you feel so comfortable explaining everything they do and talking to you through the whole process. I went in yesterday for a cleaning and Michelle is the best. We talked, joked, laugh. She really is amazing. I have been coming for about a year or so and couldn't imagine ever leaving. Thank you all for everything you do!

Worst ever! Went in for a filling 4 weeks ago still in pain! After she did filling all she said was"okay all done"

I was scheduled to come in for my appointment, called and made the appointment weeks ago and had already given my insurance info that was needed to the receptionist. I call this morning 2 hours before my appointment to make sure I had the correct time which is when they decided to tell me that they couldn't verify my insurance. Okay, well first of all I have dealt with insurance companies many times as a medical assistant and I know that the provider number is something you as the PROVIDER should have on hand or know. Obviously the girls working for you get paid too much because they couldn't even so much give me a call or leave a voicemail at all to let me know. Said I needed to get the phone number for them and had also somehow lost all previous info I had given before (social security numbers, insurance numbers, etc) I found another office that actually knows how to deal with dental insurance and will not ever even think about returning or coming.

I wish she had been around 30 yrs ago... i would not be in so much need... love them... i can't say i love going to the dentist,, but she makes it much easier.

Dr. Kines and her staff truly care about their patients. They are prompt, friendly and thorough. They take time enough to make you feel at ease, your comfort is very important to them. The dental care is excellent and reasonable. I highly recommend Dr. Kines for all your dental needs.
