Scott and his crew are great! They are very friendly and helpful. I took my car to a big tire chain to get a tire fixed but all they wanted to do is sale me a new tire. I took it to Scott and he fixed it without trying to sale me a thing.This is about the 5th time I have dealt with them and every time I have had a great experience.

Scott and crew have always bent over backwards to take care of mine and my family's vehicles. I realize that no shop is perfect and that mechanical issues may arise but they have always made it right and under budget.

Owner let his kids shoot BB guns with cans on my car and cracked my windshield. Used zip ties and rigged ways of fixing things instead of truly fixing it and  misdiagnosed my car costing me thousands  in unnecessary repairs. They are very friendly while wasting your money. Good luck.

Terrible experience. I went in to GTA explaining a problem I was having with my headlights and Scott said it would be no problem(very very nice at the beginning of this process), and they see things like this all the time. I took my car back a couple of times and my headlights were never fixed, and it all went downhill from here. My check engine light came on as soon as I got it back so I continually took it back to them to be fixed and every time they claimed the problem was fixed, but before I even got home, my light would come back on. After they "fixed" that problem (light is still on) my car started to leak oil and coolant as well. When I took it back for a final time, Scott was quite rude and didn't seem to care that he was being no help at all. A few weeks later my car would not even start. As far as I'm concerned GTA broke my car, rather than fix my car. I am not typically one to put bad reviews out there, for many reasons, but I don't want anyone else to go through the same vehicle and financial struggles that I have had to because of this experience.

Worst experience ever.. Watch Scott he is the biggest bull crapper. Brought my working car to him to fix the high idle and check engine light it took him 3 days to get back to me on what was supposedly wrong. He charged me $500 for some electrical board. I paid the $500 and the car was running the exact same. He claimed it needed to go through a drive cycle before i would notice a difference. Well the very next day it wouldn't even start! I called him and asked him to pick it up and after apprehension he finally agreed to look at it. It took him 2 more days to come back and get it. Gave me every excuse in the book. Finally he came picked it up and it took him over a week to tell me it was the pump. I'm mad at this point. He was trying to charge another 300-400 bucks!!! My fiance went there and he claimed he was going to give is the pump at the cost. Well after about 2 more weeks because he was out due to family problems, he claimed it was fixed. Headed up there to pay for the pump and get the car waited for him to pull it around, 20 mins later he comes back and says "I think it's junk time" on a 2005 Honda Accord that Brought to him WORKING and paid him $500 to fix. With no apologies no refund, no promises to fix, he starts to have an attitude with me! At this point I felt like he totally screwed me and just needed to get my car home. He claims he would tow it back to my home. 3 days later he did and when they did, they hit my fiance's white car with my blue car!!! Scott is a total lie. If You are a female I would NOT recommend you patronize this shop, he will take advantage of you! I do plan a lawsuit very soon. Gwinnett best??? Nooo Gwinnett's worst and I plan to let them know as well. Never feature this shop I feel misinformed and mislead. They are scammers.
