Went to HEB today to go inflate my balloons i had already purchased elsewhere and the guy let go of my balloon. He managed to get the balloon down we noticed it had a hole. The managers were informed but did nothing for me except say “Oh.” Not even apologize or offer to replace even after i paid to get them inflated. No refund, no discount, no anything. Will never be back to this location!

This is a smaller HEB that doesn't have as much to offer as its larger siblings, but it hits all the high points. It's in a 'vibrant' neighborhood. Let's just say that during hurricane Harvey, there were no less than 20 officers posted at the door to make things go smoothly, and there's usually always a private security guard posted at the only exit door. Happy shopping!

This HEB is geared toward serving the Spanish & Asian and Middle Eastern neighborhoods that surrounds it. They make sure that they are not beat on produce prices by any store within 10 miles. They are well staffed and work hard to keep lines short.
The butcher is professional and keeps his area clean and well stocked. But when you ask him for assistance he bounces on it as an opportunity to increase the price per lb. If you want your roast cut he will upgrade it in price to steaks or stew meat prices. He is also not friendly and dismissive.
 Deli save some meager selections of cheaper cold cuts, but is really non-existent they have no hot foods at counter except a roast chicken kiosk elsewhere. 
They have a large seafood counter. Everything looks very fresh as they do a brisk business, but it is focused on lower end fish and gulf region seafood. They have a sushi kiosk. What I don't understand is why they seem to not carry some basic brand name items despite many pleas from me. No Heinz Apple Cider Vinegar (they have cloudy Heinz unffiltered), Hunts Whole Tomatoes, Good Seasons Salad Dressing and 10 or 12 other basic items. They refuse to carry or say why.

Very limited on quality products, veggies are not good.  I asked a person from the meat market if the seasonings used on the meats was sold in the store and he could not understand. No reflection on him.  The entry way is just filty. People soliciting is out of control.  You really need to clean up this store. I live in the neighborhood but try not to shop at this location. You should be ashamed of yourself!! If my money is good for sugar land it should be good for mission bend so clean up this store!!!!!

Excellent customer service, clean and neat with a huge variety of international food. Perfect to find almost anything you are looking for.
