bad, bad, bad, never want to call for refill to doctor office, always ask patient to call, but patient couldn't send refill request form and do their work to get refill.

Absolutely horrible. I had the same problem as the other poster with the same pharmacist. Multiple calls between HEB, my physician and myself and I still had to take the script to another pharmacy (Walgreens, filled no problem). The HEB excuse for not filling the prescription changed after each round of phone calls. This happened twice. They're wasting a lot of folks time.

Pharmacist named Felicia forgets she's a pharmacist and NOT A DOCTOR! Felicia immediately denied my script b/c she didnt know what it was for. Ok since when is it a pharmacist business to know WHAT MY DIAGNOSIS IS?!? I was in a major car accident that left me with two herniated discs (c 5 & 6) that are touching the nerve on my spine. Ouch! But Felicia thought she could play god and immediately deny filling my scripts. I only filled with them once before but Felicia didnt fill my script the 1st time. The bad part was once she plays her god role, this forces u the patient, to have to call your doctor and send the script to another pharmacy. I recommend Kroger btw. What's worse is an employee named Jennifer B who 1st encountered me. She played the dumb role real well (cuz the pharmacist was at lunch) so naturally I had questions. It was nearly 4 pm and when i questioned whether the pharmcst was at lunch, Jennifer responded real catty like "uh yes since she works a 12 hour day and all she is entitled to a lunch!" B**** no you didnt! Frustrated at her dumbness and pissed at her attitude and lack of c/s skills, i began asking for details concerning my script. I was no longer friendly because sometimes you have to stand up to witches like her. She refused to answer me, walks away forgetting the speaker was still on then she goes.and starts bit*=ing to her co workers about me. Customers were standing there and all. All i wanted were answers. I didnt think it was so hard to find out. Some fat white girl came to the window and told.me they canceled my script. She too, refused to answer my inquiries. Now Im a real busy single mother who homeschools her kids and spends a lot of my time helping Houston's homeless. Going out in this cold and doing the physical work does hurt.my neck. I was pissed cuz of the treatment. Im even more pissed that a pharmacist plays the doctor role. They did not care about their customer. I spent a good near 2 hours just to get my scripts cuz my dr had to call into another pharmacy. Felicia and employees didnt care what this put me thru. Felicia admitted that she denies a good majority of the scripts that come by her. Imagine how many ppl she's affecting? I get that some ppl abuse drugs. I am not one of them. My neck and shoulder is a legit issue. It's not ok for Felicia to get into any patients business like that. To make matters worse, she didn't seem phased by the attitude her employees gave me. Felicia too, had a bit of cattiness to her. ATTITUDE REFLECTS LEADERSHIP! I would not recommend you go there to fill a script since Felicia admits to denying the majority of scripts. I would hate that anyone go thru what I did today.
