One day I came in with my family and I went to go get drinks with my brother, while looking for our parents (I was the one holding the drinks) I noticed I was being followed by a manager. I felt like I was being harassed. He was following me and kept telling me to purchase the drinks. He thought I was going to run out the door with them? Yes I was in the cosmetics/pharmacy but not trying to run out the door. I had absolutely NO intention of stealing, just simply trying to find my family so I can put the drinks in the basket. My fiance worked here and he told me this man HATES women (he's gay). I kept telling him I was just trying to find my family. I did absolutely nothing wrong and I don't deserve to be treated like a criminal just cause I'm a lady. I try my best to avoid this HEB that's ran by women hating men.

They gave us someone else's prescription -- same drug, different strength. With that, they gave us his paperwork, with his name, address, phone number, doctor, etc.

They are always very slow and for the most part don't seem to care.

It's absolutely asinine that I called the pharmacy this evening to see if they could fill a prescription because our normal pharmacy couldn't fill it.  They told me they could only tell me if they could fill it if we walked into the store and showed them the prescription. I have NEVER had a pharmacy do this before. Part of the reason we called is to eliminate wastefull trips into pharmacies that can't fill a prescription.  This wouldn't qualify as premier customer service.

Pharmacist was extremely helpful and informative, staff was friendly and never have to wait for very long. This heb falls among the best in customer service and i would recommend them to anyone!
