Always great service from the pharmacy staff!!! I never have ad an issue getting my meds nor have I had an issue with them being ready in the 2 years I've been using HEB pharmacy. Becky is the greatest and always is very helpful and explains things perfectly!!!

Great Pharmacy! I drive across town to use this pharmacy because they are the BEST! I have to pick up my meds every month. The Pharmacists and Pharmacy techs are true professionals and go the extra mile to take care of their customers.

Worst pharmacy in waco . Every single time I go there to pick up mine or one of my kids meds something is always messed up, always having to wait for something . This problem has to be from poor management. People who answer the calls are super rude , bunch of smartass young people and management is just as bad for letting it go on .

Not helpful. If you don't have the prescription number be prepared to fight until they find your prescription.

I usually have an ok experience at this HEB Pharmacy location since right by my work and my daughter's doctor, but lately the staff has been rude. I have been patient and nice on the phone, but for two days of arriving at the pharmacy and not getting the meds needed, they haven't provided good customer service.  They also promised they would provide a short fill of my prescription and then put it back after I told them I would come in after work the next day.  When asked what was going on, the service person had no clue and I had the feeling she didn't want to deal with me.  I don't know if it's because the location is so busy and short staffed, but it is rude to sound frustrated and have bad attitudes on the phone.  People can hear a smile through the phone.
