Had a new a/c unit installed. Then later had then come out to check the ducts while the roof was getting replaced. The tech who came out was rude, and didn't even check the ducts. The recommendation that was made, was to just close the vents half way in the other rooms. Very unhappy with the service. The tech barely looked for a problem, was there 110 minutes and charged a full service fee. I will not recommend this company to anyone!

We had a claim in with AHS and they set up a contractor (Burleson Services)  They took over three weeks to even order the compressor.  We just stopped by H E Smith to see what they could do for us.  They understood and cared that a family was in Central Florida without A/C, they got the compressor on  order that day and fixed our air in three business days.  They took care of my family like it was their own.  I would recommend them over all other companies in Citrus County.  Dianna is a pleasure to work with over the phone.

Update.
Not only did they get the A/C working 10 times faster than other companies,  they help us out with the cost.  I am in the military and station away from the Citrus county area and it really set me at ease that they were willing to help a military family out in need.  It makes our decision to move to Inverness better knowing that we have companies like H E Smith that support the US Military.
