visit the store to buy some maternity clothes with my mother and baby in his cart when we entered was this employee with black hair beard and a little fat accommodating merchandise in the hall where we were going there was a cart with merchandise especially my baby was to touch a cap cold ears and had not caught when this guy loudly shouted at my baby at that time my baby under the head scared and when I touch it to see what happened began to tremble and cry and did not want to leave my It gave me a huge courage to say a thousand things to that salesman who acted like an animal but I controlled because I am in my eight months of pregnancy and did not want to spend another bad time. I WILL GO BACK TO THAT SHOP TO THE MANAGER WHO TAKES LETTERS IN THE MATTER AND VERIFY WELL THAT CLASS OF PEOPLE HAVE AS EMPLOYEES I WOULD HAVE TO KNOW ALL MY EXPERIENCE THAT WAS TERRIBLE TO THE EMPLOYEE WHO IF HE KNOWS TO TREAT PEOPLE WHO MOVES TO A ZOO WHERE IT IS WHERE THEY ARE TREATED ANIMALS.

I always love H&M clothing to begin with. Today I stopped in because I was trying to pick out a great outfit for my upcoming modeling workshop. 3 employees, in particular, were very helpful. From the 2 guys with great fashion sense to the beautiful and funny woman ringing me out, they worked as a team and made my experience 5 stars and they deserve to be recognized. I just wish I would have wrote their names down. Lol

H&M in Neshaminy Mall is horrible! I tried to go into the store 15 minutes before they closed and they refused to let me in, saying that they were closed. I told them that I knew exactly where the item was that I wanted to buy and they still refused my business. Not only did they lose my business and my money but they lost my respect. You do not close a store 15 minutes early!
