Superior to the Gap and others but rather short on natural fiber. Not enough check-out registers and personnel are awful.

However the men's department is easy to navigate and well organized. Lighting is good enough to actually appreciate the color of fabrics. Dressing rooms are adequate. Elevator is slow but - now, now - we can all use some staircases to climb.

Merchandise is well priced and well designed Hip but not out there.

This store can be extremely busy, but it is well managed. There is always enough employees to get help if you need it. Unlike other details stores in the area even while busy it stay organized.

I was completely satisfied with the clothes offered at H&M. They sell my style and the materials used for the clothing are always smooth and clean. Clothes are affordable and pretty.

Just had such a surreal experience! After an hour in the store I was finally ready to pay my 200 dollars! However, the fire alarm went off, and the cashier had to cancel my purchase. Fair enough! Then the weirdest thing happened! All customers and staff evacuated, and some costumers were standing outside waiting to get back in and finish their shopping. The staff - however either walked away or sat down outside calling playing with their phones. Obviously, since it was in the middle of the day, new costumers arrived trying to get in to the stores. But since the staff either had walked away or was just hanging around outside no one told them that the store was closed! After a while a staff member did come out and told them - but very unfriendly. 

A few moments later the fire rescue gave green light to reopen the store. But since the staff members had walked away this took forever! The few staff members who did return to the store told the costumers in a VERY unfriendly way that they were closed! 

Now almost everyone gave up and walked away, and I definitely walked away from this store for good. 

Have never experienced anything even close to this. Would be so embarrassed if this was my store!

I just had the most unprofessional experience. I bought a top for New Years but didn’t end up wearing. I tried to return the top today and was told I’m NOT able to return the top because it has buttons, it’s like an under garment. I explained to the cashier I was never told this and there’s NO sign at the register explaining this...He didn’t give a damm and kept repeating I can’t do a return. I asked to speak to a “manger” little did i know it was the douchebag with a nasty attitude that was standing next to the cashier and heard the discussion by didn’t care to step in the first place. The “manager” emmanuel, repeater the same thing and i told him again it’s not my fault. He said well it’s written on the receipt, you Damm idiot what purpose does it serve me after i already paid for the item?!!!? You should of apologized for the lack of leadership to your employees for not doing their jobs and letting customers know when hey can’t return something. I told him i will be contacting customer and with a nasty attitude he was like go head. emanuel..you are a rude, unprofessional douchebag.
