Terrible service, was pressured to file and now H&R Block won't give me a refund of the $315 tax prep fee even though we amended for a better return and it should be covered under their Maximum Refund Guarantee. Poor communication between H&R Block corporate and the local offices. They just point fingers at each other and don't take responsibility.

I just called to make sure it wasn't too late to file and the lady who answered was incredibly rude. At first she asked if she could call me back because she was with a client and of course I understand that. Not a problem. Then when I tried to give her my information she just kept repeating how busy she was. She even scoffed at my name. No thanks. I'll be going somewhere else for sure.

Incompetent employees, rude front desk receptionist. No Call back regarding my tax filing status, I had to call another branch to confirm the status and they couldnt get me on the phone with anyone who could answer. Tried calling that office to speak with a representative, no answer, no email correspondence, nothing. Called two separate branch locations and still haven't gotten an answer on my status. 

I would highly advise not doing business with them.

This business has incompetent employees and is very unprofessional. I would avoid at all costs. They are unable to effectively prepare a tax return beneficial for the customers and seem to be more concerned with the fees they will be collecting.
