Horrible, the women who prepared my file was nice,, but did not know what she was doing. After 1 1/2 hours she finished, mind you it was a simple file, one w2, nothing crazy except forcthe fact that i worked out of state. Because of that, i was charged $409.!!!!!outragious. Never did I pay that much, the only reason I went t here was because my accountant took ill and could no longer work. And I was running out of time. Never again. And the man at t he front desk was nasty and rude. If I could give zero stars I would.

! Non pro at all ! This older blond lady was so rude at us she was asking o lot of questions in wich we were uncomfortable we left H & R block office without getting our taxes done because she didn't want to fill out our taxes she mistreated us she is a racist person , they should replace her with a professional employee. I would not recommend this H & R block to no one because of her attitude, and not getting the job done .......

Except the Store Manager and one of their old consultant ,They are not eligible to rate at least a Star ....But this review would not allow me to post until I select a Star. Arrogant and Rude people. Indeed not qualified being Tax consultant. I would suggest H&R Block to keep this matter seriously and replace tax consultants with some decent and educated people. Truely...truely............spoiling the brand name of H&R Block. These dumb and rude people has to grow up and take some lessons from their school kids how to behave and talk to the customer. And respect the people don't treat person by race(especially someone belongs to your race).......I would request H&R head to take care of this branch consultant and if required kick them out to maintain your brand values.

Excellent place to get your taxes done. Robin Haller Gasperini is excellent. She's very knowledgeable and gets all your tax issues done at a very good pace. I have been seeing her for a few years and have always been happy with her services and would recommend her to any one. I am very pleased with H&R Block tax services and Robin Haller Gasperini.
