Reviews
Made an appointment for 1300 and they made us wait until 1340. After asking for someone else to help us, they simply moved us to the back of the room with another employee (who promptly left her desk) to start working with us. Essentially they were moving us out of sight until they were done taking their time elsewhere. I understand if you are busy, but there is no excuse for over an hour past the appointment time and your lobby is empty.

My wife and I have been doing our taxes at H&R Block for the last 4 years or so and this year will most likely be our last based on the service we received most recently. We had an appointment at 1:00 to do our taxes, an hour later we were still sitting in the waiting area waiting to be seen. The place was not even busy. There were two employees just sitting around piddling around at their desks reassuring us that we will be seen "soon" yet doing nothing to help us out. Finally after about an hour and 15 minutes we left. If you need to do your taxes I would definitely not use this place. If you're a loyal H&R Block customer use another branch.
