I don't even want to give them one star! They lost our federal taxes and took our state taxes! But they can not tell us anything! It's basically not there problem! We called corporate they can not tell us anything -  but yet it show the IRS sent the money ..everyone we know that did not go through H&R block got there taxes that's under the new law ...Go  to Jackson Hewitt we went throw them before with no problems the only reason we went to H&R block because they said they was better so we gave them a chance and now we have nothing..
