They're good at telling you what you want to hear. I'm not sure how you can be a professional when all you do is make my tax experience worse. I hear promises to make things right, but it's 4 months later & things are still messed up. This is the first year I've had problems & it'll be the last. They won't even offer me a refund for messing everything up.

Terrible customer service, unreliable and not willing to help. Messed up my husband's taxes and still overcharging him. Rude staff who don't know what they're doing or how to have decent customer service skills. Don't go here!!

Absolute horrid experience. Overpriced and unprofessional. It's been two months since I went in and had my taxes done, they keep telling me that they will take care of the paperwork that I dropped off after the appointment. They have not and they do not return calls. My return still has not been processed because the IRS hasn't gotten the paperwork that was supposedly sent, and I'm probably going to be penalized because of these a**holes. I will never come back.

Dropped off taxes over 3 week ago.
Won't call me back. Get the feeling that there doing me a faver. Getting my things back and going somewhere else.
