They gave me a trainee to do my taxes, according to many of my other tax people, I don't make enough money to be fined the 700+ for not having healthcare at the moment, TurboTax would have sent me a 1600 dollar tax refund, after talking with some people, they suggested HR Block for my service.  They ended up taking 1100 from my tax return, and I was stupid enough to sign the paperwork right after.  1600 to 500 thanks assholes.

Great group of people!  Everyone I have worked with has been very knowledgeable. The new owner really knows her tax laws, etc.  I would definitely recommend them!

A mistake was made in my filing and it cost me 390.00 in fines.  This H&R Block office has acknowledged that they made the mistake but are not standing by their guarantee.  It has been 6 months and no refund for me yet.  Complaints were made to H&R. Block corporate offices as well as the BBB.  How disappointing. Shame on you Ms, Randi Lawshe, owner of the Mandeville franchise office.

I went in to see what it would cost to get my taxes done and left there 40 min later with the biggest return I had ever had.  The woman I worked with was very friendly and gave me a lot more ideas on how to maximize my return for next year.
