Recently I had my kitchen redone and found that the flooring from HT Winters Company had been improperly installed.  Contact with your company found that the company was more than willing to rectify their previous work, even after eight years! From telephone contact with the store manager, this manager came to review the concern on the same day of contact.  Shortly there after, the company reinstalled the flooring, at no additional cost and did a beautiful job!  

I thank you folks for standing by your reputation as a major professional flooring business.  When I become aware of people who need flooring I will gladly recommend your compnay to them.
