My first review was a little harsh, but after finally being contacted and left with an explanation as to why I was left inconvenienced after making prior arrangements I decided to take back my mostly negative review: however my points still stand, if you are going to tell someone you're going to be somewhere, be there, and if you're going to advertise the car, don't use the first few images from google(this is what it definitely looks like they did). So, big thing with these guys is communication. If you can keep constant communication, you'll probably have a better experience than I did.
