We went looking for a door for our 1910 house closet and my wife found a nice used chair as well. We weren't pestered by salesman's but when we had questions they were great. The one didn't have an answered but went out of their way to find out for us. They even loaded it up in our truck. Great place to find habitat items.

We have called them several times to schedule a pick up and they said yes we were on list for pick up 
& in their area and that it should be a few days and nothing happened for weeks. They eventually told us their truck was broken down and not sure if they are going to fix it. We told them what we had and so we rented a uhaul and drove 45 minutes to them and they said no to most of it that they had said they’d take - their website says they’d take. Waste of a whole day and so much energy!!!! Super disappointed in organization and broken words.

I thought Habitat restore was there to help people out. My mother in law recently passed away and my father in law is in desperate need of a washer and dryer. He is on a fixed income and can't spend much. I called habitat to see if they could help. They have a set for $400. We offered them $300 for it and they would not budge on the price. They informed me that they have older ones for $80. I don't want an older set cause they may not work well or are energy efficient. Very upset with them. Will never donate a thing to them or give them my business.
