1st time here, chicken was flavourful and moist. I got the medium spice level and could have gone hot. Chicken  overall very tasty, fries well seasoned and crispy ,coleslaw  ..ehhh... could use some improvement. Meal cost $14 not including drink. Staff friendly. Dining room clean. Will be back to try other menu items.Food: 5/5

Excellent service.  The chicken is really good.  It's juicy and soft and pairs well with their house spice.  The buffalo fries were okay.  I didn't enjoy the buffalo sauce as much as I thought I would but it still good chicken.  Note: I didn't take a pic of the chicken tender because I ate it real fast lol  Parking: Good parking

Fried pickles are amazing!!! I love that they serve their sandwiches with the topping on the side so you leave off whatever you don’t want. Portions were huge and  my mind was blown away by the chicken nugget box, never had I seen an adult portion chicken nugget box! I will be be back!

We made it to Burbank today and was starving.  One of the ladies googled and found Hades!  Well, let me tell you, "We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the Tony, was such a wonderful and attentive person!  We felt the love and the food was DELICIOUS!!!  The various spiciness was great and some are much hotter than others..whew!  The fries have some special seasoning and oh my goodness!!  I personally had the chicken sandwich with medium heat and it was simply amazing!  Even the slaw was great and as a person from Mississippi, it's hard to find restaurants  that can make some great slaw and they did!  Overall, we enjoyed Hades to the fullest before we got on the road to Palm Springs!!  We owt-- GIRL'S SPACATION IN FULL EFFECT!!

The sandwich is served on a sweet Hawaiian bun. The chicken was very crispy, yet perfectly moist inside. The Pain/Panic Fries were interesting yet, appetizing

Hot Sauce hardened to the plastic cup.  Probably sitting in there for 2-3 days .  The fries were stale like they were made 3 days ago.  Chicken was okay.  It took them 15 minutes to make this and it cost me $15 and a 2 hour trip to the toilet.

DELICIOUS! I just finished my chicken sandwich medium heat. That heat level was just right. I tried the Mac & Cheese; it was so good! The best french fries  ever. The sauces were really tasty they were given on the side It was beyond my expectations . I really enjoyed my experience at Hades Chicken. Can't wait to go back!

Their hot chicken sandwich is great. Medium is a perfect amount of spice while still being very flavorful. The chicken is moist inside  with a nice outer crisp. The fries are great. Also try their gyro!  Parking: Easy parking. Several spots.

Had a few issues with my order but 1 of them is my own fault. I asked for a side of nuggets but was charged and given an entire nuggets meal. It worked out bc my friends got to try some chicken. I asked my Sandwich to be medium and the strips for my wife mild. And they were flipped and I didn't realize until I was halfway done with my sandwich and she was crying from how spicy her strips were.  I'd be willing to try hades again and I do recommend it. Don't take my review the wrong way. I enjoyed it, just small issues here and there.

Excellent tasting fried chicken. I’m on a mission to find tasty fried chicken and this place is on my short list.  I tried the Hot and Hades Hot and both were great. I was warned ahead of time by the crew to have a glass of milk ready when I got to the Hades chicken! Unfortunately, I didn’t need it but it was a nice heat that warmed up the entire mouth.  The chicken is nicely seasoned and has that good crunch. Fries are tasty and the slaw is on point too.
