John Haeberle is an exceptional physician, his staff on the other hand have some room for improvement. Every time I go there Dr. Haeberle patiently listens to my complaints and actively discusses my concerns. He is the first doctor that I have ever had a real conversation with! Too bad he can't play doctor and receptionist and the same time. I have been going into this clinic for over a year now to pick up medication refills and EVERY SINGLE TIME the receptionist asks me if I received a call from them telling me that my prescription was ready in a tone as if I was bothering her to get out of her seat and look. I tell her every time she asks, "No, you guys never call me when my prescription is ready." Then she goes on to tell me that it can take 3 days or more to fill a prescription. To avoid the hassle I tried calling in my prescription 12 days in advance and of course I never received a call saying it was ready. When I went to pick it up she told me that old prescriptions get thrown away if no one comes to pick them up in the same annoyed tone! There is no winning with that front desk. Plus, since the start of the new year my health insurance company  will only pay for 1/3 of my prescription without a doctors pre-authorization. I have told the receptionist several times and each time she tells me she will to look into it. I even had my insurance company fax the front desk a pre-auth form 3 different times. It is now May, five months into the new year, and I am still paying for my prescriptions out of pocket. If I could rate the doctors at this place I would give em a huge 5 stars! But the front desk is more of a 2.
