So this campground was great and cheap! Problems were that after reading that we needed to call if we were arriving after 5pm we called and no answer. We tried 4x and only got to voicemail. Nobody told us the gates would be locked at 8pm..we arrived at 7:50 and gate was already closed. Thankfully we were able to get in the exit side. DO NOT stay on site b19!!! After many blocks and everything else we could not get the RV completely level but it worked. We will definitely be back but not on that site!

Definitely the "hustle and bustle" kind of place. We took the family here for the first time and enjoyed our time here, for the most part. The children played on the playground, though there was some type of after-school care program taking up the pavilions. With this said, there is no other shaded seating at the playground area...being someone with an illness triggered by the sun and heat, rather disappointing. We were not able to stay long. Across the way, there is a watering hole...hardly a waterpark, as claimed in the website disclosure. It is a smaller community pool with a spiral slide to climb and dip. From what I could see, well over maximum capacity and my kids were weary of it and questioned whether they would enjoy themselves. Throughout the remaining portions of the park, it is lovely. There are many trails, both covered by foliage and otherwise, for a nice brisk hike; all of which are clearly labeled. The cabin and campground area is well maintained and full of life! We look forward to another adventure here.

Reservations were very difficult to make at this Campground. I persevered because of the pool that was located here for my granddaughter and I to go to. The signs were very confusing and there was no reservation office to ask questions. There were no signs indicating where the pool was located. If you just want to camp it was fine. The bathroom and shower area was exceptionally clean.

One of my favorite parks ever. Lots of trails, fishing, and several playgrounds for the kids. There are several shelters, and they are available for rent for the day. I have used them several times for birthdays and my wedding reception. The park is always clean and well kept.

My husband Chris and I camped Saturday nite. Don't get me wrong, beautiful park. But when we got to our campsite to set the tent up, the site was not even cleaned. We had to rake it and we also had to get the logs out of the fire pit. The sign on the post was never changed to reserve til that nite around 9:30pm. A park ranger came by and made a smart remark to my husband about our camp lights when he was changing the sign around. We had 1 camp lantern and 3 citrus candles burning to keep mosquitoes away. The ranger ask my husband if he was scared because of the lights. Oh and a campfire burning. He was not professional!
