The staff is very polite and friendly, and works well with kids. My son felt at ease during his first visit to the dentist. The lobby is nice too, coffee is available for you. They are very proactive in reminding you of your appointments.

Lovely office staff! Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable from beginning to end. So glad I switched my kids to this office

Hagerstown Smiles is hands down the best dental clinic I have ever been too. My first visit I was very fearful as I had not been to the dentist in years. I was expecting a huge lecture but I got none of that. They took me on a tour of the office, introduced me to everyone and made me feel really welcome. 
I did need some work done which I got done and have had several visits since then. They always take good care of me and my mouth is "caught up" and back to a very healthy state. Thanks Hagerstown Smiles!!
