I was very nervous about the procedure I was getting and no one asked me if it was my first time getting this procedure done and then maybe they would've recommended sedation. But they didn't. So not until half-way through it I had enough. I had to stop because I was extremely uncomfortable. No apologies were made, I felt like he was rushing the whole time. My thing is you're supposed to feel a little sympathy towards your patients, especially if they make it clear to you that they are scared. I FELT NONE. I felt an attitude and nothing sympathetic. I'm not knocking this place but people have good and bad experiences anywhere. Mine was not good. Sorry not sorry.

After awaiting 35 minutes for him to come in the room I took an important  call,once he see me on the phone,I quickly hung up and apologize for doing so because  he does has signs up saying  no talking,but he seems to not except my apology and talked to me as if I were a kid.well that's exactly what I felted like after I got hammered  by him.Dr. HAGLER is very cocky and RUDE and disrespectful  to clients that has an disability...shame on you doc....HAGLER! You shouldn't  accept clients as such if you look down on them.

Dr. Hagler and his staff are amazing!!!! I had such a great experience!!!! They GENUINELY cared about my well-being!!! They had so much compassion and I would definitely recommend Dr. Hagler and his staff to anyone who is looking for a wonderful and professional dentist!!!! Posted by Theresa Amos.

Poor Customer Service! This office is disrespectful of it's client's time. We had an 11 am appointment with son, we left at 12:30 after still waiting to be seen. We scheduled with another dentist office while waiting. This is unacceptable service!

Poor service if u got an appt at ten u not gon get seen ta 11 and his staff is unprofessional all they do is gossip and bring there drama ta work
