Great place for a date! Its definitely a vibe! Please make reservations… the inside is small and fills up quickly. But there is an outdoor bar with tables. Food is yummy and seasoned. Lobster roll was our favorite then the pork belly fried rice. Street parking.Food: 5/5
The restaurant is decorated beautifully. The service was good and so was the food. We had the steamed dumplings, crab cake, crispy chicken fried rice, short ribs with mash potatoes and broccoli and the wagyu streak. Everything was delicious and nicely plated. The crab cake has great flavor. It's prepared different than I've ever had. The only thing we'd change is ask them to fry it harder or cook it longer. The chocolate desert is very rich and so delicious
I enjoyed my experience at Haiku. It's definitely a vibe. The interior is very esthetically pleasing to the eye. I had the sushi lobster roll. You get your money's worth. The portion size was great. There is a parking garage across the street. I paid 15.00 for about 2.5 hours. Street parking is not readily available.Food: 5/5
Great experience! Loved the food and the atmosphere. I was just disappointed in the lobster roll. It had a lot of great reviews but we tried it and we felt the flavor wasn’t all there. Other than that…. The Wagyu was the best and enjoyed the pork belly fried rice. Our server was great and the atmosphere of the restaurant was even better!
First time coming here was when I took my boyfriend for his birthday and we absolutely LOVED IT. He has to eat gluten free and I chose this place for him because they cater to those with allergies. 10/10 loved the service and presentation from the food to the vibe! They play great music too. Very clean and we definitely wanted to come back and bring our family here. The 2nd time, we just came back and wanted to celebrate something special for Mother’s Day. We brought his parents here for the experience and they were so surprised and LOVED IT as much as we do. We ordered so much food, and we had the best waiter, Mike, also known as Michael D. Such great service, very personable, attentive, and got every order right. Btw, not just my boyfriend is gluten free, also his mom too and she enjoyed every bite! Overall, thank you for the back to back great service, food, and being Haiku. We appreciate everything that you offer and do. We are so happy to have a unique restaurant here in the Tampa Bay. We’ll definitely be back :D PS OMG I thought we have pics of the shrimp and pork belly fried rice but we ate it first LOL that was delicious too : Dietary restrictions: Gluten - free, vegetarian, vegan friendly options!
All of the times I’ve came here the host service is pretty bad. I’m not sure if it is because they are new or stressed but very unprofessional and seem constantly lost on what’s going on. I still give it four stars however because the waitresses have always been so sweet and the food is amazing in my opinion. My personal favorite is their sushi boat. Definitely recommend giving it a try.
We enjoyed a perfect evening at Haiku Tampa celebrating my husband’s and my friend’s birthday. Giana was a delightful and engaging server who made our evening so special. The ramen, sushi boat, and magic chocolate dessert were absolutely delicious. They have a professional photographer who will take your picture and for $20 you can take home a perfect memory of your evening. Highly recommend !!
Wow! An amazing experience starting when you walk in! The staff is great. The decor is stunning! The food is on point! The Wagu melts in your mouth! All of it is perfectly cooked!Food: 5/5
Food was great. Service was poor. There was a gentleman at the host stand who may have been assisting the hostess that was unfriendly and appeared as if customers walking in were an inconvenience. The food and atmosphere were better than expected but the service should be better. As a first impression, walking into any business customers should feel more welcomed rather than a bother to staff. We sat at the bar, even the bartenders seemed to share same attitude/sentiment toward certain patrons. Wish the experience was a bit better considering the price for food and drinks. Food 5 out 5 stars. Service 2 out of 5.
